Please double-check that you have typed in the correct details without any accidental spaces or lower case/upper case issues. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps to reset it.
- VPN Usage
We are legally bound to only provide services to individuals residing in the United Kingdom. Therefore, we have systems in place that prevent players to login unless they are in the UK. Make sure no applications are running that might act as a VPN or have one running in the background that would prevent your login.
- Attempting to login from a different country
We are only able to provide services in UK and Ireland and you would not be able to access the website/your account from a different country.
